Her staff is always so wonderful, and from the moment you walk in the door you feel comfortable and welcome. Dr. G has so much patience and you can tell she really cares about her patients. She will take the time to go through everything with you, explain anything you need help understanding, and is honest, upfront, and super friendly throughout the entire appointment. I never feel rushed at all. At my last appointment I also worked with her husband Al who helped fix my glasses which I hadn't even purchased there. “This review is way over due but I wanted to make sure I left it. Dr. Greenfield helped my husband with a complicated eye injury he suffered on a job. He was told by top docs that due to the nature of the injury he just had to deal with the damage but perhaps an optometrist could help. Dr. Greenfield is the only one we found who was willing to really try. She had a specialized hard contact made for him that had to be revised like 10 times to work properly and for his eye. She refused to give up!! The last visit he had with her he almost didn't go because he had had so many unsuccessful revision visits- due to the lens and the complexity of the injury, not because of Dr. Greenfield. The last visit was the one where the contact worked!!! I was so thankful for the patience and perseverance of Dr. Greenfield in dealing with my husband. That is old school medical care! I think any other doc would have given up and just said you gotta live with the injury. Al was also so helpful in explaining the services and assisting in getting the bills covered by our insurance. Thank you Dr. Greenfield and Al!!”

“Life changing experience! Have dealt with Keratoconus for years and vision has steadily declined -- as bad as 20/400 in left eye with glasses. Did not think it could ever improve. Now vision with both eyes near 20/20 thanks to scleral contact lenses with the help and advocacy of Dr. G and her team! Process could not have been easier. Crystal Eyecare immediately checked with my insurance to ensure "medically necessary" lenses for Keratoconus were fully covered. Was misled by two larger providers in the area who said I would have to pay $2-3K upfront before first visit and it would be "unlikely" that insurance would reimburse.... Dr. G, Al, and Alyssa make you feel like family. I will always be thankful for what they did for me.”

Alyssa I will call her the Director of Operations she was fantastic with making me an accommodating appointment and answer all my questions over the phone. Then it was a pleasure meeting her in person and chatting while she performed all of my preliminary testing again with care and knowledgeable answers and explanations. While waiting for Dr Greenfield I met her husband Al who is also one of the most knowledgeable people I have met he answered all my questions about glasses and made some great recommendations for my new pair of glasses along with showing me the 3DNA equipment he specializes in. Friendly, leashed dogs are allowed (with prior notice) and there is a full time optometrist and optician on-site for your eye check-up and glasses/contacts. There is new technology available called bespoke eyewear which allows you to design your own frame! Super cool and unique! A pleasant and clean office with a thorough and cordial examination makes this a great place to take care of your eyes.”

“I have one of the most complex visual diagnoses that can be encountered. Doctors in some of the most elite ocular facilities in the country had no idea how to address my visual issues. Dr Greenfields visual knowledge along with Mr Cordovas lens and optical knowledge proved to be the only combination that ever worked for me. That combined with the ability to have a custom bespoke frame made for me, an option I didn't even know existed, makes my experience here 2nd to none!!
