We have been caring for families from Hazlet, Middletown, and Holmdel for more than a decade. Our office sits on Route 35, right at the Red Bank and Middletown border. This guide covers the practical side of a first visit: finding us, what to bring, and what we offer beyond a routine exam.
Finding us on Route 35
We are at 280 Route 35, Suite 201, on the southbound side of the highway. If you are driving south on Route 35 from Hazlet or Middletown, the building is on your right. Our office is on the second floor.
A public lot sits behind the building, and there is street parking on Route 35 and nearby side streets. For current hours and a map, see our Red Bank office page.
What to bring
- The glasses you wear most often, and your contact lenses or their boxes if you wear them.
- Your vision and medical insurance cards.
- A completed intake form from our patient forms page, to save time at check-in.
More than a routine exam
We are first a family practice, and routine eye exams are the core of what we do. The same small team also provides specialty care that many offices refer out:
- Specialty and scleral contact lenses for keratoconus and other corneal conditions
- Myopia management for qualified children, including MiSight contact lenses
- Low vision evaluations and devices
- Bespoke eyewear, designed with you and made to order
- Ptosis crutches for drooping eyelids
We also handle the small things: glasses repairs, adjustments, and contact lenses.
Bringing the kids
We see patients from 6 months old to past 100. Children waiting for their exam can watch our 3D printer at work, which keeps them entertained while they wait. Learn more about pediatric eye care.
How we work
Our philosophy is simple: "Make things better than you found them." Expect personal attention, and a team that does not take your trust for granted.
